What the trancers think about the bad parties organizers in the brazilian scene?

I would like to ask for the lovely trance family, what they think about the party organizers that do not pay the DJs and live acts?... the same history has been repeted by them almost all events: they always say they were stolen by somebody (like the security guys or by the bar's people) and, in the end, they don't pay the people who really make the party: the DJs.
Without DJs (and the trance family) we haven't parties ;o)

Well... i think the plague that round the world is in all tha places, and now in the Trance. The plague of greed and ambition. The people - party organizers, DJs, expectators, ... - that have this plague, must be boycotted by the trancers love with a few of conscience.
We make the party.... we expectators, we Djs, we organizers, we that are not contamined.
Let´s change this terrible image that Trance is taking. Trance is culture. Trance is life. Trance is PEACE, LOVE, UNITY and RESPECT.

yuri...thats a shame they do that cause they have no idea how deep goes the history behind a live act ,the influences of the artist,how he did get there,his musical skills,they care about the money so the artists should work under contract,not anymore as amateurs like u said the music make the party not the bar..without djs n lives who will dance so party organizers first thing u have to pay is the artist not the fuckin bar!!!! keep this in mind...respect the ART!!!! |

Yes guys, its sad to say that indeed there is much greed now in the scene, people are getting swamped down with drugs and wanting to mack more money from people who have little to give. we know what it is like in Brasil, the section of society i have observed at parties certainly isnt representative of the population. I am English and now live permanantly in Brasil with my own company. The minimum wage is 250 Reis per month. People who realy say that they love the scene will do anything for nothing, giving and not expecting to receive. You can relate it to those nice ladies in the houses of god who give all for nothing in return!!! Now where has the spiritual side gone in Trance??? please tell me, its so different to how it was 5 years ago in india and other countries, now i just see people with gas bottles and swallowing pills to try and reach a spiritual level!! Absoloutly Impossible! What a load of rubbish. People have to start getting their act together or parties will stop. Its just a matter of time before the Government take measures to stop parties as they are just a mixing pot for people getting wrecked! Times are changing all of us!!! Give more and take less!!! Brazil has good organizers, as well as the bad ones...
I think the crowd must choose the right parties to go, based on the parties they went before...
For sure the revolution must start with the crowd. It's the crowd that keep giving money to the bad organizers keep doing their shit...
Betweet a shit party and "no party", I choose "no party". It doesn't matter the big names that will play at the shit party, I just won't go...

i can't speak on behalf of djs since i'm not one of them, but obviously the situation described is a cheat, and people who do that should be treated as criminals because that's what they are
on the other hand, as someone who enjoys going to raves, i can say that i do not intend to go to another party that was organized by the same people who organized tip world party (1200 mics, gms) (if you wanna know why, read another post from autocon on that). tell me their names and i'll be done by then

Most of people, don't know about all those shit.
Not everyone post in trance foruns, and knows what really happen inside a party.
So, situations like that will ever happen.
