What the heck is happening with Sektor666?

Cmon guys, either be strict or don't be strict.
First he was known as Superglue, then as Das Fung, then Sektor666. Every time he's around for quite some time before being kicked out.
If you guys want to enforce things, why don't u ban him permanently instead of allowing him to come back again and again? Or don't ban him.
This is weird. Everytime he goes back, comes again in a different name, then again u mods leave him alone for some time before banning him again

basically, we have tried to communicate with him in a few diffrent ways, through diffrent methods all saying the same message: we would like to have you here, but your words/actions are making it very hard for us to do so. this decision wasnt made in a day, and infact came after many user complaints over time specific to him. we would like to see him come back (with yet another username), as long as he understands that a level of basic respect to others is needed to maintain the member status here. after all, the trance community sets itself apart from others with the acronym: p.l.u.r we wish to maintain that here, all are welcomed.
End of story.
