well.. let's write something..

In my opinion, Full On style are loosing something or it's in a way that I'm becoming tired to listen to some tracks from this style...... okay, I'm still like this style, but nowadays Progressive tunes are getting me....

The launchs from 'Saiko-pod', 'Human blue', 'Segment' and the comp. 'Into the parkness' came to say: "boys, try to listen to something different......"

... that's all!

That´s it, Brunim!

There´s nothing wrong with full on.

The fact that is leading many people (including me) to the "progressive side of the FORCE" is that hunger for something different, that doesn´t sound like a Virus with Banzi´s hands on it.

Before any complaints, I´d like to say that I don´t mean that ALL full on tracks sound the same, but a considerable part of them do.

I have to disagree with u Mau, even though I also prefer progressive than anything else...when u say some fullon usually sounds the same, well, for sure 3 or 4 bands make it sounds similar (not the same..) but I guess 3 or 4 bands of Psy Techno also sounds like the same even though its not...and for sure for a FullOn fan progressive and minimal also sounds like the same....its just a matter to listen all kinds with more attention....if u listen Alien Project and GMS carefully u will notice its not the same! The same way if u listen Midi Miliz and X-dream carefully u will notice its not the same and if u listen Tegma and Ticon carefully u will notice its not the same either hehe           Pure Evil Is As Pure As Innocence! >;[

The problem, Seth, is that MOST of the full on DJs (here in Brazil) do 90% percent of their sets mixing music only from 3 or 4 different projects.

Look at the top 10 section. You´ll see loads of GMS, Alien Project, Atomic Pulse... Nothing wrong with those. But why almost ONLY them?

The music that I play is completely different from yours, which is completely different from Pedrinho´s, completely different from Bob´s.... that´s it, man. Different information. I mean, if it´s not for some identity in their sound, why do you go to watch another DJ playing? What´s the point on playing what everyone else is playing?

One of the most boring things that are happening lately is when you hear the same track being played for 10, 12 times on a 3-day party

... for sure, all the parties here have their "Hit".

Sad, because Psychedelic is very very, so very big...... the world isn't just Skazi, Gms, Astrix, etc.

I don't wanna pay just to listen to the same tracks all the party.... and this happened in some times in Psycircus, for example....

Btw, what's the Trancendence's hit?

You are DAMN right Mau n Bruno! I guess Psychedelic Circus was the bottom point of all this shitty fullOn sets! But then the problem is not in Fullon, its in some dj`s minds hehe. The importatnt thing is always to "tell a good story" , some people still dont get it!           Pure Evil Is As Pure As Innocence! >;[

Now, you 're right Seth... think with me, how many times did you heard Astrix tracks in Psycircus? And he was there to play too!!!!! And he played 2x!!!!!!!!!!!

Too al the "fulloners" (and "progressivers" too) : please, be creative!

.. hmmmm, take for example some full sets on Psycircus again (btw, it was a very nice party...): Feio, Vor and Edoardo kicked a lot of asses! Very creative, very powerfull and very psychedelic!
.... and it was very nice to listen to some Progressive dj's on Sunday after a lot of Big Bala boom, Kali, Spliffpolitcs, etc.

Progressive force!           "Who is this doin this synthetic type of alpha beta psychedelic funkin?"
