ive always been curious.. what software do chillout artists use to create their music in? i'd be glad for an answer from artists, or examples of programs you use.
i dont even know whats popular so just a list of that would suffice i guess

There are a ton of programs out there. To name some of the bigger names that were around last time I looked a while ago...
Cakewalk, Cuebase, Ableton, FL Studios, Rebirth. I'm sure there are better programs out there, but at least that gives you a starting point. |

Reason can be quite useful and easy to use, depending on what side of the "Reason Debate" you come from.
It can also be re-wired into Ableton, which gives you the best of both worlds... |
