what should i buy? speakers or monitors?

I need new speakers or monitors since mine are ruined.
i am on a low buget and the problem is i want them both for listening to music and playing games + making music and i don't want to buy any of the cheezy 5.1 or 2.1 computer sound systems by creative or logitech or anything.
The problem is Monitors are so fucking expensive, though i found these for a nice price....:

or what about these?

i understand the BX 5 have in-built sub-woofers for low frequencys.....
what do i need to check when buying new speakers for the uses i stated above?
please help me all you experts

bx 5 dont have sub for bass they are 5 inch low frequency woofers and a 1 inch silk dome tweeters 75 rms for each built in amp devided in two freq low and high good for starter monitors and games and music flat sounding though so iff you dont know about monitors sound you will find them to flat with not much bass and to detailed mids and higs iff you are not seriusly in to music making i will advise you to some normal amp and speakers it will sound louder and sweeter (more bass) and cheaper ofcourse
but iff you realy want to make music go for them but bear in mind that they need to be plased correctly and room acoustics must be good so you can get the best out of them

Well, perfect sound is not what you'll get out of the DX4.
