i think that the ambient music scene in the beginning of 2006 will show where we are heading for the remainder of 2006. if not, it will show us where we are not heading, but hopefully, that will not happen

as for expectations for the future, i expect to have a nice supper and possibly listen to some ambient that came out in early 2006. then i might go back to the roots and listen to some 2004 ambient and slowly go to sleep           Load Universe into Cannon. Aim at Brain. Fire.

Chill, not ambient.

I think this year will be very interesting with releases from Gaudi, Pete Namlock and maybe even a Biosphere album?

I'm hoping for some new material from the Liquid Records crew and albums from Phutureprimitive and Kuba. (amongst an infinite amount of others!!) but I'm keen to see how some of the newer labels such as Peak Records and Cosmic Leaf can extend their ambient ears into this new year.

I'm expecting further advances in sound design such as Solar Fields recent album(s) and sure hope old masters such as Ott and the Twisted Records crew can release Backroom Beats 3!!

Bring it on

Some progressive beats from Magnus Solar would be great. It would be interesting to see a few more chill artists producing trance and progressive stuff, maybe Ott will bring us some more Hikimori stuff... !            - - It's nice to be important, but it's more important to be nice... - -
