What's up with "Cancel Post" button?

any browsers have lost the "Back" button??  or maybe "Backspace" key is not working or maybe "Alt+F4" not working or maybe "X" at top-right corner disappeared! 
ps: hope i covered all scenarios

you can use the back button, you can use the backspace key, you can use <alt+f4> or <ctrl+f4>, you can use the "x", you can plug your computer out of the power, you can turn it off, you can also click the "cancel post" button.
Too cofusing???
