anyone knows what is the difference between the Sennheiser 25 and the 25-sp?
and is the difference worth 600 shekels (120 euro)?

go to the site..
i don't know much about the headsets, but as it seems -
they differ in physical properties - form,shape and materials,
but the sound/electronics are the same.

I have owned both the HD-25SP and the HD-25(25-1)
SP is the cheaper version, has a good soundstage, slighty boomy bass (not loud bass though as needed for eg: a DJ), consists of a simple plastic band and the can's.
The HD25 have excellent build quality and better sound & will go quite loud (appx. SPL 120dB), are aimed at noisy environments and DJ work (Is a fav with lots of DJ's)
HD-25 = US$180
HD-25SP = US$100
Some other phones you can look at,
Sony MDR-V6 (Not V600) US$80
Sony MDR-7506 US$110
