What's the best wine to drink while making trance music?

For me, it's most definitely a Malbec from Argentina or Chile. Equally good is Sake, like Momokawe, which also happens to be just as good for producing tech-house, hehe!
Just got a goofy idea: the song produced around the world. We could pick a date & time to get as many people working on music simultaneously as we can (with drink of choice, naturally)....
