Out of curiosity, what would you all consider the best wine to drink while producing trance music? |

I'm portuguese and we've got some great wines here... (and really cheap too)
I'd go for wine from Alentejo, Portugal, cause they are just fabulous. Go for a Borba Reserve
Or, like me and my brother do, you can make "ketemba". Basically you take some coca cola in a closed bottle and you kick it around (yes, kick it) until it looses all its gas. Then you mix some strong wine, about half coke half wine, shake it very well and bottoms up!
But I wouldn't drink wine while producing anything but my own fun..

during the day, german riesling (the queen of white wines), very light and subtle sunshiney vibe
during the night. iŽd go for italian red, say nero dŽavola from sicily
but, as already mentioned, behave and sip sloooowly, otherwise your production becomes a party ;-) |
