just pick one you are comfortable with. |

it all depends on your way of working, some DAWS will appeal more to it. For example i find cubase more intuitive and ableton a little strange to make music. dont be afraid to try some of the "big boys" (Logic, Cubase, Nuendo), you might be tempted to stay with FL-LIVE-reason without cheking bigger DAWS- You might find one of them easier to use than u thought.

Using the old logic on a PC, the REALLY old logic, the discontinued logic, the you get no support anymore logic, the not all new plugins will work logic, doesn't make sense at all.

Ahahahahahah!!...Maybe for a subconsious mind it doesn't make sense, the good news is i am a "fully" consious person with a small set up and doesn't have money to invest in the new killa mac and the wonderful logic...one day!!!
Wich vst can't you use in the old logic???

I think FL 6 is the best to start off with and then move onto better softwares once you get the hang of producing!

Fruity 7 does all I need it to do...
Maybe Pro Tools for mastering or just tweaking up the mix a bit.... I have considered changing to Logic, it is just so expensive and also fruity is really comfortable and easy to work with. |
