Totally agree. That is just the type of pretentious stuff that I came back to the psy world to avoid. Actually I came back to the dark side because the other parts of the scene were already way too trendy.
We don't need anyone to tell us what is in or out, that reeks of control and falling into the trendoid robotic thinking of the whole mainstream music world and the way they control the listeners to buy the newest "In" thing.
Fuck, we don't need the whole Next Big Thing going on here.

In - being inthis scene without sharing its values
out - being plur

Sorry for dropping the F bomb and being a little harsh with my post.
I get a little irritable sometimes.
I just don't want to see the same type of thing happen to this scene as what happened to the underground punk scene.
It's become a huge thing now to do so much commercial rave and euro trance sounding stuff so that artists and DJs can get cross over and play all the big clubs and the huge rock events.

And that's exactly why psy-trance is loosing audience and have been stuck at the same spot for the last 5years.
Every musical style needs fresh innovating stuff the, "Next Big Thing" like you say, it's what's make music go forward.

i dont understand your reactions ..i opened this topic just for fun , not to change the world, for me this has nothing to do with trend ,basically its a topic for a scene in isratrance not in website of MTV VIP`s ... so in this forum we are many people from around the world.. maybe we dont commercialize to tell what we like and what we dont? .. peace & love
