What real life bad habits has music production given you?

have yet to remember how to deal with people. i always start talkin about psytrance, the psytrance scene, or some weird music trivia....
not good at parties where you have to talk to people..... |

Bad habits from music production? .. .
lol, like staying up for a few days (minimal sleep) trying to dial in a bassline. Having my wife get pissed off cause she's been hearing the same 30 seconds or so of a track for said period of time. losing my hearing and needing it to be a little louder every couple of hours even with timed ear breaks.
Timing the car blinker in front of me with mine/trying to figure out how much time stretching in ms would be needed to sync them...
Excess consumption of nicotine, caffeine, and mj to help prolong the writing / programming binges.
Wanting to tweak some friends voices that have odd / clashing frequencies, not saying much in conversation because i'm listening and tweaking everything in my head in real time.
Back pain from sitting in the same spot for days,
Missing some nice days outside because I'd rather program, missing out on some events as well... losing some friends that don't understand that.

hey. my wife also gets annoyed with my endless looping to a point where she starts to dislike the entire tune.
When i work on a new section with headphones then afterward plug in the monitors, at first its new to her and she like what she hears, then after looping a couple of minutes she hates it. im just trying to sort out the freakin sound.
