I use Windows 7 and it works fine for me. I don't see any reason why I should change my OS.           http://soundcloud.com/catweazle-psytrance-music

Well it is not. The professional versions are spawned by a separate team (has been since Windows NT). If you start the "home" version, start the task manager and look at the processes running and behaviour of them and compare them with the professional version you will see more than a few differences.

It is so different I do not consider it the same software generation. When you have tried the difference I do not think you even consider going back. The professional version is what you expect from a software you pay money for which the home version is not (it is more like a beta of an older version like XP).

I have run home and professional/ ultimate on the same computer and it was like night and day. If I worked on a computer professionally I would never consider a home version of anything from microsoft, even if I just used it for word processing.
