The topic's not lame, but mentioning a list of personal favourite labels kinda is....what's the point  There's tons of topics with lists like that already. More interesting would be a discussion about which artists & labels still stand out from the masses and specially why u think they stand out.....with extra ordinary or fresh sounds/ideas and so on.
Just my opinion of course....hope the topic gets somewhere more interesting soon...

Better topic, what ARTISTS are producing cutting edge psy these days. And what makes them cutting edge, as shawnodese points out.
For me, its not just the production, but more the composition. Which is why I turn to Finnish artists for new and unbounded music.
Examples: Outolintu, LIGHTAMAN JR to name just a couple.

I don't find that many releases nowadays can cut edges. Most cds are too round and the cases are not sharp enough. I've had to modify most cd cases I get to provide me with a proper cutting tool (FUCK CARDBOARD CASES!!!!).
