When your music comes to a level that you can start trying to send your stuff to labels. When is the time to take the next step and start expanding yourself to other dimentions?

How do you know if you are ready?

If other people say such things
If you get really positive comments about your music.
You can also just ask for their opinion ...
But mostly they receive soo much tracks and they don't even watched your small piece of art ...
So mostly it's better that you ask some comments (and advice) to artists that have a simular style
Anyway I was allways pretty curious about what people tought about my music. I wanted them to say at least 5 bad things at my track so I could learn more and my track would be better ...

Good luck!

I start to think about releasing something. But hope that it will happen soon.
I do get positive replies about my stuff. About style its kinda difficult cuz i love few ones and each track is a different story, and im kinda want to stick to my name (for now).
Im too curious what people think about my stuff.
Judging by peoples opinions Im getting ready and almost hot boiled to the next step.

But...

When u will make that track that will be the 'next step' in your creation u will know it yourself straight away - you wont need any opinions.           A man with a "master plan" is often a woman

i think u need to play the tracks at partys.. to see how the crowd respond to it. if people will dig it, the lables will take it (and if its in a good quality offcourse)

And always ask your friends for a honest feedback ...
often friends just say it's good ... even if they don't like it that mutch ...so rather ask someone that u don't know personaly very well ...           www.myspace.com/freakulizer

Develop a critical eye (or more precisely ear) so you can make a sound decision. Of course it helps to hear other ppl's opinions too.

Maybe its a good ideat to compare it to the music you try to emulate: if it's all of that and a bit (or a lot) more then you're on the good track. And i think paying attention to originality and production quality is a good idea.

i think the right time to send to labels is when u want to .

but , when your music is shity you discover who is nice person and have good vibes , or who wont even say thank you for sending and then u can decide who U wanna work with when your music is amazing.

btw - the only one i never even got reply like "got it " , is hommega , but its oki , by their realeses i know we aint transmiting on the same .wav

anyhow i liked your sounds
give it a try
