Depends on your budget really.
I am using Oxygen8 from Midiman. It's USB keyboard and has 2 Octaves and 8 control knobs.
If you have little bit more money this company also offers Radium61 and Radium 49 keyboards. They have 4 or 5 octaves (respectively) and 8/16 control knobs.
