hey
i dont know what others think of this, but i guess its not the best idea to buy an instrument just because its able to produce "best" pads
get AKAI LARGE PADS I, II... cds or any other AKAI pads cd collections
its way cheaper, it has tons of very useful pads and it has pretty good quality, if you convert it correct

I haven't heard it myself but from what I read the new soft synth Atmosphere seems to be very good for pad like sounds.. its a bit pricey though for s/w

- spectrasonics --->atmosphere (...the large sample-bank is worth the money, high quality. unfortunatly the tune-possibilities aren t infinite. )

Hi dude...i reaaly like the synth YAMAHA Ex7, JP 8080, and VST´s i like Absynth, FM 7, A1 Steinberg, Orange Vocoder and, sure, Reaktor!

every vsti can make good pads without any hardware
virus or nordlead, listen to all presets and find one that
fits in yo track . |
