Suns Of Arqa - Through The Gates We Go
Evan Marc & Steve Hillage - Dreamtime Submersible
Mauxuam - Vice Versa
Indigo Egg - Ixland
Warp Technique - Make Animals Happy
the latter certainly made me happy,
just released on Beatport and hopefully now on cd from Dubmission Records.
Really interesting release, seriously fat sounds with a bit of dub, then some down tempo trance - just how I like it.
They all have their own flavour,
probably most impressed with Evan Marc & Steve H - it just gets played so much . hehe

For me it is a question about Hol Baumann or I Awake.. Depends on my mood..
If Ultimae keep their promise, I might have to change it to CBL - Hydroponic Garden (rerelease)

I wasn't aware there were any other psy-artists than those three. |

lots of good stuff in 2008, so i will nominate my own personal favorites for the "biggest balls" award:
abakus - we share the same dreams
mauxuam - viceversa
thank you for not repeating yourselves to death. i hope more artists follow in your footsteps.

Well.... some really awesome stuff out in 2008.
My pick wld be Mauxuam - Vice Versa .. a kind of style so unique and unheard like.... Its like demented chill out!
Other contenders ....
Androcell - Efflorscence....
Distant System - Spiral Empire
Eat Static - Back to Earth (based on Middle eastern rhythms , nothing new, but still nice)
Will o the wisp - Long Sleep pain
Keep em comin ...
P.S any1 know why Distant system is not on beatport yet??
