I do like Synthetic's bassline but not too many others. There's always EBM/futurepop I guess...

well..
lots of artists make great bass...
i can't say who's the best cause every bassline is good for a certain track...
but there are some tracks that i can't listen to anything but the bassline, not because its not good, but the bassline is so cool that i dont want to hear anything else 
Defolder - Arcschbiss.. this track has the best bassline ever...
PPS Project - AC Vs. DC has a very good bassline too..

I like anyone who uses intelligent bass... lately its been pretty much everyone from South Africa, and ofcourse from Israel i really like anything from Domestic to Pixel to Sub6 and Psysex. all these acts do something really special with the bassline, Domestic is incredible on a good sound system, you feel like youre drowning in bass... i love that.
