What is '3D Live' supposed to mean?

I just stumbled upon this festival at Goabase:

According to the lineup, they do not only have 'Live' performers, but also '3D Live'!
And Para Halu is one of 'm!??
Anyone got a clue, what that's supposed to mean? |

Manual in to 5 channels of a mixer .. 5 aux out to decoder.. stack delay into aux 4 n 5 channel "left surround and right surround"..
cant really say 5.'1' cos We gonna have whoofers on all five channels ....

I've heard some psytrance acts play on 5.1 and it sounds phenomenal when the system is tuned just right.

well then if delay is added to the left and right surround speakers it´s not fitting to call it a 5. something setup, since what we are dealing with is basically a dolby prologic approach to surround as i understand it from the description. If it is indeed just ye good olde dolby, we are talking about a glorified stereo setup basically. A more "true system features no phase trickery on the surround boxes but would only feature delay for the sake of aligning the boxes with the distance in between them to avoid the ever so loved ping ponging. Not saying it won´t sound good but there is surround and then there´s dolby prologic. What kind of encoder will you be using?
