I would have missed out on some really useful information regarding some of the music I liked or have come to enjoy. I wouldn't have attended most of the (albeit rare) parties or festies I've enoyed over the last twelve months. There are a few people I now stay in touch with that I wouldn't have otherwise met. In a nutshell.

I thought forums were made so that people can discuss matters they're interested in. What happened to this one?
I get the feeling I'm only allowed to say what the mods want. Even for subjects that are not off topic and music related.
You don't need a forum just to hear your own opinion, you should know it already. If it's just to make you feel important and to make people feel 'inside the industry', then it should be a producer forum or whatever.
(I have to admit that the techie section is decent tho)
