What happened to the Umberloid album ?

Hey!
I'm new here and thought this would be the place to get some info of the Umberloid album. It was delayed for years and now theres no info at the Interchill site. Is it cancelled or whats the story ? |

Hello,
Welcome! Ott and Andrew (Interchill) occasionally frequent this board, though you would probably be better off inquiring directly.  My uneducated guess is the Ott got busy and the album was put on the backburner.

I'm quoting Ott's response from a few days ago regarding this matter + he reveals some Great news.
" The Umberloid album has been put on hold as it was proving impossible for Chris and I to ever get some time to get it done. This may change in the future.
I have been touring a lot this year as well as moving house and being a dad and all that, but after my October 2009 tour finishes I will be taking six months off from playing live to make a new Ott album which I hope to have finished by Spring 2010.
If it goes well we may well re-start the Umberloid album and get it done. "
