i think that the greek crowd specially the new generation dont care about the dj or the project who/which performs at the event but the main reason is drug trafic.i dont know what hapends at other countries but here this is the sad reality.thats opinion is not absolut but refers to 99,9% of ravers.some styles are not easy acceptable in normal conditions of your brain but thats dangerous for your health! |

No way man i don't know if it is really like that but that's sad. Most of my friends and myself we never go to a party for drugs thats the only thing we don't give a damn about, just dancing and getting lost in the sound

Well Macdeath I believe, you're right.
In the beginning there were less people and the situation was ok. Few but Good.
But after the israel uplifting trance explosion, there was no control at all and nowdays the things are strange.
Everything has lost its innosence, even the music, (too dark too fast) so we must be careful. |

for the music 100%, noone needs a party in order to have an excuse to use drugs...anyone can do that anywhere at anytime...music definetly..

Macdeath you are wright.Espesually the new generation whish is revolved with this music the last 2-3 years and I know a lot of people who became "trancers" because they think that the drug affects are better with psy-trance espesually at party.From the otherside I believe that this bad situation with drugs comes from the music nowdays which isn't psychedelic anymore at it's biggest part so the drugs increased and many people started taking hardest drugs from the typical psy-trance because the want to take this something which music don't give to them anymore.. |

No way!!!
Everyone is so sober at trance parties nowadays that they can't walk a straight line!

We can express our personal experience,from our organising point of view.
When for instanse we have events with artists that are well known and acceptable,ppl are turning up massively.
On the other hand,unknown artists in general,can not attract more or less more than 300-400 ppl.
We can say then that music and artists are the most serious attraction for the ppl.This is the point that all of us have to support and promote,especialy for young new comers who have their first experience with raves.It is very important that these young ppl have to realise that raves is a way of multiple entertainment regarding an alternative audio visual subject,and NOT a
"drug use" field.
Unfortunately drugs nowdays are everywhere,and it is a subject that all of us have to deal with.
Once more,it is much more than important for young ppl to finaly realise that raves and parties are not an exclusively drug use thing.We think that all of us have to work on this and we believe that the outcome will
be positive by all means.

i am a drug user as well...MUSIC IS MY DRUG!!!

almost everybody starting partying psytrance with drugs but after a few years realising that we dont need them to have fun the high feeling is within us
drugs is only for the begining.personaly after 12 years partying realised that ecstasy is deep inside my soul never to late.just afew beers or one good quality joint and lsd running through my veins...I dont need anymore pills such ecstacy or paper acid or liquid lsd or mdma or ...
only mushrooms for the summer psytrance festivals around the world...
