I have over 400 psy vinyls - for instance xenomorph - cassandras nightmare and of course lots of oldskool goodies.
Lots of wikkid halucinogen maxis etc came out on vinyl still crazy of course.And a lof of others - it is sad the good producers do not trust vinyl anymore.
Of course it is best to have also a cd,but it is not comparable to me it is two pairs of shooes.
Sure is a vinyl is cult and for certained musicians and cd selling is for those with strong nerves.

I don't even have a turntable and would rather buy vinyl...but mostly can not.
If I want to listen to it I will just download the mp3 then.
I only have a few old goa vinyls but even though I don't listen to them, I still feel like I actually bought something for my money
as opposed to what ammounts to at this point a less convient form of mp3s like a cd. |

Flac/lossless only (and at a reasonable price too)
search a blogspot if you want mp3's (any mp3 for that matter)-and they are free. |

don't make wav more expensive than mp3, that sucks big time. Or only if the mp3 are very cheap. but for sure offer wav, there are people who want that.

wanna buy Lossless/wav packages, payable on a subscription basis. keep mp3s free (or exchange it for user info?)
probably most viable future of digital distro for listeners. ideally, CD distros like saiko, wiri, arabesque should digitize their catalog and start charging subscriptions... or better still cult labels should be doing this directly. this thing has started on a micro level so hoping people get with the program. |

This is what i like also, working now on this, i hope i will manage to make an option on my shop for the buyers when they buy the cd to have access for downloading the tracks in wav/mp3 format.
Some people can't wait 7 days for delivering the cd, but they wan't to download the tracks immidiately.
After this, they regret for giwing money for wav/mp3 and not having the disk.
I want to make the disk + wav + mp3 for the same price.
Working now on this, stay tuned....

Flac all the way, at decent prices. Quicker to download than Wav, then convert for full bitrate. Easy really... |

good work demoniac on taking the initiative implementing the full package @ a fixed price "disk + wav + mp3"

@ O-I: yes agree, 'flac' is also a good format to be added to the above package.
