I mean.. What ever did happen ?? I remeber 4 or 5 years ago when I joined this forum it used to be flooded with awsome conversations, Party reviews... A very active Portuguese(was seperate at the time) board.. Was brilliant... Now a days all I see is....
Party here ____ oh ya nice ! cool ! party happens > topic dead.
Is there a new forum for psyscene in Iberia or what the hell is going on ? lol, I mean we have probably the biggest psyscene in europe and no one ever posts anymore ! 
BooM too all ! Hope to see this as it was before .. ah those days...
Give me some feedback on this.. I'd love to know your thoughts..

part of people has never been very interested in
participate in the forums or website. just looking for promotion...
For five years I was the manager of one of the
most important sites in Spain and known
Internationally...the collaboration by the people
hardly existed.( including friends )....
Only they have done and do when seeking promotion as dj or as an organizer parties- festivals.
Now in spain not there any website in Spanish with weekly updates
..maybe ..... a lot of work for some that began with great
enthusiasm websites after the year 2004 ....
here i think is the same, seeking promotion, announced a party and then friends say how good it was.
curiously all parties are good, but the reality is very different
sorry for me english ˇ

yep i would like to see more contribution from either users of portugal and Spain, and i would really love to see that happen.
maybe let´s try to raise up interesting debates, like this one, that you raised psy_active, because this is a sign of the times..people are more interested in parties, more and more parties everywhere, than a few years ago, where there wasn´t so much parties has there were.

wow psy-active nice thread, best one this year all together, (and probably last year also).
Well as i see it, most psy people from Portugal prefer the portuguese Elastik tribe, because they are lazy sods and dont want to work on their english that much.
Its sad because a movement that's suposed to be global, some of those people are completely closed on their own bubble, and sometimes the only news they have of the "outside world" is when some of us come here and explore Isratrance and go back to them with the news.
Plus most of those past users are long gone from the scene.

Hahaha Its the truth ! I think It may be do to that I guess.. A portuguese psyboard being made(which you see alot in the UK section with psyforum...
But I really agree, I think it's sad that people now a days don't want to reach out into other moviments.. be familiar with more people from more countries... That was one of the main things when I was young that drove me into psytrance was our family vibe.. In boom and hipnose fests. tons of ppl being around from all over.. You learn so much from other cultures.. and ya, have a hell of a good time too 
Maybe the offtopic section being re opened ?? Just put the guidelines of NO religion, race, war talk.. Cause we all know those get out of hand... But I dunno.. movies.. games.. funny situations.. Would be nice to get ppl posting more.. and the offtopic would bring alot more of users from diff countries into 1... Cause no one rly uses the global party topics other then festivals...
Thanks for the good feedback though... Nice to see the usual suspects in action

I agree with you ellon and kali. Psytrance should be in an outdoor setting secluded surrounded by nature. Its also a fact. that some scenes have to be indoor... Cause not all places have same conditions... Like the london scene you can have outdoors but alot of them get closed down if too central..
Here in nyc where im living now.. where the hell are you gonna do an outdoor ? it's completely impossible to pull off... especially with the law around here.. But ya It still is a psyparty whatever conditions may be.. you still have the music and the family vibe but shit I miss my outdoor parties in portugal... see ya all at psybertech |

yes its true that ppl here in spain not use a lot isratrance..
i think goabase is more popular and more easy to read the party information....
Here madrid have nice outdoor parties whit good atmosphere... Bom! |

Hi everybody.
First thing to say is nice topic. I totally agree with all it's said here. I specially share Manu's feelings as i am also have been living near Barcelona (Vilafranca del Penedes) but now I have come to live to Birmingham for a few years and when I left 1.5 years ago I could start seeing that this what was happening, more and more club parties, people only wanting to get promotion to get more people to get more money. I don't know how the situation should be know but i assume it's the same or "worse". take in account that I am always talking about Barcelona's area. (i know that in oder southern regions new groups are making good small parties).
It's more complicated to make outdoor parties, you need to spend more money (less benefit) etc....
@kurkipotku. Just by reading what you said it's confirming what Manu was saying ( i don't say it's bad or wrong) , people are only searching for parties or just promoting parties. Istratrance can also do that but i think it's a lot bigger and a huge source of information, idea sharing, learning from others, helping others, laughing with others.
It's a pity that cosmictrance disappeared, i didn't know the reasons but know i can see what would be those reasons.
Another preason that may cause people not to writte a lot is the language (elastik in portuguese), maybe this stops people from spain to write here as they might be afraid of not writting proper english (i think that you shouldn't be ashamed not to properly write a language that is not your native one if you try).

First of all I also agree to all of you that say this forum was pretty more active and interesting some time ago. It's difficult to maintain the level of posts and visits that some time ago Isratrance had anyways but i think some things could be done by managers of this website but also by admins on the forum.
I think the basic misstake of this site is not to separate the forum from the party promotion. If isratrance had a good party promotion system (i really don't like the new one you have that you have the parties above), with calendars, well organized, possibility of easy update, periodic parties, etc. this forum wouldn't be full of party promoters. So the misstake is not from the users, i think. Another thing to raise up again all this forum would be make people open interesting threads or either admins could do it. I've seen you a3k participating in a lot of conversations but the other mate you had before (justin) was almost inactive. It's difficult that people make the work that webadmins and forum admins should do.
So everything could be changed but today, with all the new sites appearing around just the one that brings more usability to their users will success.
