Senheiser HD 650 costs here over 650$ ....
I have ordered Cubase6 full retail version from Ebay and going to buy Komplete Audio 6 as the soundcard and AKG K-272 HD for the headphones .
I will buy the monitors in December , maybe there will be better offer for X-MAS , I think I will go for the Bm6a or Bm5a .
Thanks everyone for posting |

Just throwing in my 2 cents here......
I have a pair of Yamaha HS80's that I got a few months ago, and I'm really happy with them. Not everyone likes them over the Dynaudio monitors, but some do. They're fashioned off of the old NS10 monitors, which were studio standards for a while, and can still be found in a lot of studios.
These are larger monitors though, and have an extended frequency range, down to 42hz. That means you have most of your bass frequency covered without an immediate need for a subwoofer. You might want to try these out, and compare them against the Dynos, before you decide. I think these can be picked up cheaper than the BM6, and both are good monitors.
If you go with the Dynaudios, I really recommend shelling out the extra cash, and getting the BM6's. They go down to 41hz. The first pair of proper monitors I got were smaller 5 inches, and now, looking back, I was really missing a lot not having the extended range in the low-end. If I had it to do over, I would have shelled out the extra cash for the larger monitors, even if it meant waiting a couple of months to save the extra $$'s.

1: get a goood computer
2: get a good sound card
3: get a midi controller
4: get nice monitors
5: dont get all vst's just try out all of them , and then choose 3-4-5 that ulike , and learn them inside out
6: work hard everyday,, and do your own thing!
7: dont sit and make music, stand and dance along as u make ur sound, later when u finishing the final mixing process u can sit.
and finally the biggest equipment u need, u dont need to buy, u already have it, use your brain to make something unique, something different, something magical and special, basically dont try to copy anyone, justmake what u like, and work hard, everyone has that inside themselves, just tap into the source and let it flow.
good luck
