Mine goes back for years. I think it started in 1997 or so.
I did a party at home one time and gave ppl personal invitations. It was an RSVP thing, enter with invite only.
I was working in a hotel then and didn't want all the employees that I didn't like to come and ask me why I hadn't invited them, so I told everyone who got the invite to keep it a secret.
The invite had a picture of a rhino on it (frankly, just because I couldn't find a good picture of a hipo  ) so ppl used the rhino code to check if someone was invited or not (rhino = karnaf in heb)
It was really funny, ppl going around asking each other if the rhino has invited them to the party. The ppl who knew about the party undersood the code, those who didn't know thought the person asking them went crazy 
The name stuck and ever since ppl call me karnaf.
It has nothing to do with lehitkarnef, though that fits me too
By now I have like 15 rhinos around the house, 1 that I carry around with me all the time. My computer desktop is a raging rhino, all the papers I submitted during my studies had a rhino on the cover (got extra points for that from time to time )........
I'm a freak, and I love it

speaking about rhinoes...
i used to have a weird habbit...
i had small rhinoes in a fish tank..
all days they swim around in the fish tank...
i named them too...
one was called shmulik.
the only reason i used to have this aqua of midget rhinoes is for house parties...
each party i took one,
put it on the floor,
and steped on it.
and wow that crushing sound was wonderfull.
ppl like that crushing sound.
thats why i had the aquarium with the small rhinoes.
ok ok

hehehe funny thread... yes it is ...
hmm my nick is just my artist name and means: "Rotor" is the blade a helicopter needs to fly with (in german) so its a kind of very fast sharp rotating wing ...
"Subsystem" is just my sideproject doing minimal morning traxx with my buddy "Pulzyie" together and it has no special meaning just holding the music a lil bit secret in the net thats the subsystem

tatsu is japanese for dragon and i like dragons very much. i also have a big sarong over my mixing desk with a dragon on it. that's it, no relations to tatsu label or something.
