Is it a personal secret or can you tell us what it is?

Perspectives changes ,everything changes, and the constant now becomes something else then what it was ,constantly , but it also feels like one can carry with oneself an emotion, vibe, energy etc that one identifies with, like a way of being or feeling.

What's with all this hair loss?
I just seem to get more and more of the stuff:
it even grows out my ears now!

-physical decline
-less and shorter visits by the divine faerie of insipiration
-unability to sleep for half a day
-a kind of dullness i have to observe
-taking responsibilty for my own life
-being content just sitting around, doing nothing
-still not knowing why the fu+k i'm here for
-watching my parents and grand parents die and realizing i'm all alone soon
-not feeling immortal anymore
-sometimes catching myself thinking too much of the "good old days"
-realizing that i could've (should've?) thought about the future a bit more when i was younger

+being content just sitting around, doing nothing
+taking responsibilty for my own life
+taking care of my body
+more patience
+seeing myself more objectively
+getting my edges rounded like a stone in the sea
+enjoying the small things in life even more
+connecting to the deeper emotion of being instead of the quick highs and lows
+allowing myself to be more childlike
+more doing, less thinking
+courage of the heart
+realizing that after all everybody (incl. myself) is doing their very best all the time
eventhough it doesn't always look like it

Some learnings-

Can't be every where and know every thing, so human connections are of utmost importance. Interactions teach you about others, their worlds, but more simply, about yourself.

When something feels right, honour it. No laters. Now.

No excuse for not following your heart.

Smiling = Youthful

Negativity makes you age

Swim deep into the sea, run through fields, climb hills, scale up to source of waterfalls, dance endlessly ASAP 'cos 1) would hurt less in case of injury 2) wouldn't want to realize one fine day (wouldn't be so fine would it!) that my stamina ran out

That age is at best, a date with self to introspect and at worst, a reminder! Cool topic!

And the end of all our exploring
Will be to arrive where we started-
And know the place for the first time."

i am 'young' .. they tell me, at 22.. yet i feel so much older than i was in high school.. i feel 'old' in a way.. i get more detached from the world, it affects me less.. yet i am more deeply happy than i've ever been, and there is more appreciation for beauty.
and yes, it grows more an more an apparent that connections between people that just 'click' are very rare indeed and to be celebrated. the main thing as i get older is more appreciation of the subtler beauties of the universe.

Interesting topic, one I think about a lot.
I am 58, shocks me when I think of that. Inside I am a young person, so many interests. When looking at pictures of myself I am surprised how much older I look than I remember myself being. Physically I have had a few health issues and it makes me think about the future and how I need to keep my body as fit as I can, wish I had thought of that earlier.

When you get to the point where you have lost your parents and are now the older generation you think a lot about life and what it is all about. There was a period this would fill me with terror. Must say though that now I feel relaxed about that, spend my time trying to do what I love, live in the moment, live a simple life.

My husband and I spent years and years going to parties and festivals, still love doing that, but I find that physically it does really take it out of me, can't dance all night anymore, or maybe I just don't want to anymore. I love hanging out in the chill out area of any party, love ambient music and chatting to friends or people who are yet to become friends.

Being older the thought of dying comes into my head, something I never considered much when I was older. Not so worried about it now, more worried that we will both maintain a healthy body for as long as possible, staying active and interested seems to be the way to do that.
