being on drugs or drunk isnt a crime, at least in all the western hemisphere.
Politicians are stupid when it comes to the drug problem, or are part of the mafia.
Coming from Mexico all I can tell you is that drug wars destroy society and there is not intituion capable to behold the corruption.

No, but it is the equivalent of a misdemeanor. And like I said, where I live they don't even need a reason to pat you down and check your bags. Being high in public is definitely one.

Being drunk in public is totally a crime in most US states.
In south dakota (maybe north dakota?) having a drug in your system counts as possession.

By the way, they're trying to legalize ALL drugs in my country, but the petition seems to be unable to get any momentum. We need 40,000 votes for it to be discussed in our senate, and it's stuck at, I estimate, around 1250 votes My FaceBook psychedelic techno page, with news, videos, DJ sets and free releases:

You should be aware that most humans have a tendancy (a want or desire if you will) to have a degree of control over every single aspect of your life. Dont be paraniod, its just human nature.
I recommend you gaurd yourself against this and project your individuality by simply being aware of it.
Its your own life and you decide what is good for yourself.
Take care. Only If you want of course

i started studying music while i was still very young and living with my mother.
i started making my first electronic tunes while living with her also.
for the past 6 years:
she has visited me while i recorded bands at the studio.
she often visits me at my home studio. most of the times i'm in the middle of creating/mixing something.
she's asked me and listened to my tracks (being curious) several times.
yet, every time i have a gig, she thinks (or wants to believe) that i'm singing while playing the guitar. :s

I can bet both are unconstitutional.
Formally drugs are not absolute prohibited in the west, they're restricted and the Secretary of health can issue permits for drug use or research.
In the past when those laws have been challenged they fail miserably in the supreme court, thats is why they are of a restriction nature, a total prohibition on its consumption, trade etc will require a constitutional amendt.
