Speakafreaka is right about arrangement being extremely important in mixing. Possibly the most important element but maybe also the hardest to explain in a book.

Definitely. This has been one of the key concepts so far of the book and I'm glad to have it echoed by such a respectable producer as yourself.

1.composing + mixing on the run through track creation compared to mixing generelly splitted from composing.
2. mixing/composing through masterbuss-effects especially compression. pros and contras
3. stacking compressors compared to mulitband. if stacking, how you decide on different compressors.
4. drumbus compression - followed by masterbuscompression. pros and contras. offcourse ways to do or not to do.
5. valve emulation, tape emulation and saturation. how to use it, on which busses, channels, etc.
