What do you think of Protoculture? I have to say, I am obsessed. I still listen to his album, “Refractions,” all the time. What an amazing CD. It has a wonderful ethnic sound, it is unbelievable beautiful, well produced, and I think just brilliant. There is nothing else like it. I love all of his new releases too: “Universo Parallelo” on the Accelerator 1.0 compilation and especially “Digital World” on the Origin compilation. I heard samples at Psyshop of his new song for the Influx Visions compilation on Odd records, which I just can’t wait to get! Well, I wanted to see if anyone else thinks Protoculture is as unbelievable as I do. cheers

I agree 110% with you, Localsky, and I've already post a thread just like yours a bit ago. His sound is unique, just perfect, full of melodies. His song "Synergism" is one of the best gigs ever in trance, personally.
Hope he comes to NYC one day to show everyone that we are not fooling... |

actually just heard protoculture for the first time about a month ago and i think he's utterly fabulous!!! one of my new favorites... both the full on and the low key music... just great...
i also hope to see this act here sooon

Read an article on Australiens forum about psytrance music and the soul/emotions and kept thinking of the Protoculture sound because I think his stuff must affect many a soul across the globe. I don't know if one dares say this within this genre but my wish for him is that his album and those hopefully to come hit the mainstream of global music so that people all over the world can hear, buy and be influenced and impressed with a quality of music that can be played over and over without becoming boring |

Protoculture probably has the most refreshing and
KILLLEER morning sound I have hear in ages!!! I am a -HUGE- protocuture fan....bright, awesomely inspiring psychedelic music 10/10 - I listened to his tracks on Nano:Emerge compil from 2.5 years ago...and he has matured and refined his sound to another quantum dimension - perfection!

protoculture is right up there contending for the king of morning spot on my list... i think his tunes and melodies are absolut killer
hope the promoters here intend to bring him down to create some morining madness
