What do you think of mp3 download websites?

I was wondering what producers think of sites like psytrance-il.blogspot, that has a database of albums in mp3 and such. In my country we used to have a very good site too psyplanet.org but is closed now.
In my opnion it is good for the producer, beucase no one(at least me) will buy an album without hearing it before (unless is a project that i already like a lot) and i think that you having the chance to get the album in mp3 to hear it, if you really like it and really are into psy you would eventually buy it, and most of these sites put link to buy the albuns together in the post.
Im starting a new one, most in portugese but the links are for everyone, I think there will be not just psytrance but a bit of dub reggae ambient etc. good music...
I was thinking, where theses guys get the mp3 releases? Like what is the font that they get the mp3 albuns to post on the net?
Change the subject completly, but to not open other topic, what is a good free/payware filter plug-in that has all kind of filters low hi band etc? I m tired of using the native filter of the fl, if there is a good freeware nice, but if not i m open for payware 2.

I download almost every album before I buy it. I do buy some just based on samples from saiko, but that's more rare.
I've found some albums where I didn't want to buy them based on samples, but after listening to the full tracks I did.
Not a whole lot of people do this though...

What do you think there is more:
1.People that buy it without hearing it
2.People that buy it after heared and liked it
I got your point elad, sure there is a lot of people that just keep the mp3, but i bet that even without the mp3 for download, those people wont buy the album. And there is people like me, im not a dj, but when I really like the sound, I buy it cause i like to have the originals and support the artist, and if one day i want to play it in a big sound system i ll have the wav files.
Ok guys sorry if this topic sound stupid, but once i saw a artist that asked the owner of the website to take off his album.
In my opnion i think is good. I think most of the people that buy albums will buy it even if they have the mp3 files or not. They will not buy just because they cant find it for download.
