i find it more fun to sit 2 peaples on a track rather then alone.. im friendly
so far and also in the few upcoming realeses its all me VS , or Darknoizz which is me and vili (energy loop) ohh and 1 solo track in geomagnetics (and one more as surprize..in big favorite label.. not 100% so better not talk too much)
beside that my solo album for sattel battle project is planned for this summer 
back to topic..
i think listen to some new style of music can bring much inspiration to your "regular" knd of music (variety.. influence..always help to get out from sticky situation)
and further more, i plan complete track before getting started, at least the VIBE , so its much easier to figure whats not ok. www.sattelbattle.com

Sometimes there is good to force it and sometimes not,
we all work in different ways so it difficult to give good advice..
if you write your tracks on the keyboard or what ever instrument you want to use, before you start to lay all the pieces down,
so you will have a basic structure that you can experiment with.. this i think is a good idea to do, but if you want to speak rhythm a better idea is to do that first, find your theme, feeling, thought.. ect, ect
as music can be so much im sure its no idea to say, choose chord sequence, but the concept is the same, so choose parts to your story and arrange them in a sensible or unsensible way..
if you get stuck you just have to work with it, if you start to put your mind and soul into something you will feel better if you complete it.
i say if you have a genuine idea, if you got a thought behind what you do then you can make it come through, and it will give so much more than to just making random tracks with no real substance in them.(with no hard work)
i mean, the idea can be anything, and it dosent have to come right away, but when it comes you better nourish it! 
Good luck with music making, and if you get stuck, you could take a break or you can force it and get over a obstacle that hinders your creation... sometimes a simple coffe break helps and just stop thinking about it.
follow your feelings, if you feel that you should work with something else you should do it, who said you cant have many ideas for tracks...
just pop em out, but try to find the good ones and finish them...
and sometimes working with other people will give you a boost to make something good and complete, no matter how much work you need to put down...
music is frustrating, and manytimes you feel like quiting on it... sometimes its just a mess and you dont know how to solve it... its a lack of experience, and you will probably always experience it, but you will also become what you are with your experience.
its fucking beautiful! haha
and the way you bond with other people through music is priceless!
i recentley worked with my mothers cousin and he is 65 years old... i say it was a very good experience, and we are not finished with our work, we just made a sketch, made a structure... time and patience and lots of work, and concrete ideas. btw its not psytrance we worked on, hehe, its more of a serenade
working with others is probably one of the most enriching things in growth as a creator!

of a collaboration with others and i wants to
give you that point of view . My advice to you
