..watch T.V, play games.... get out of the studio, get away from TranceMusic (some David Bowie, Blind Melon or Queen does me right  )... go to the shop and buy some skins for that joint....
.... returning to the track with fresh ears and a fresh mindset helps.... (usually ~not to write a brand new killer lead or something... it usually helps me to realise the elements already in the track that suck.. sound shit or just dont work... then I can RIP them out... making things sound better )

I start rendering stuff, cleaning up my vst/vsti mess, mixing stuff etc... less-creative stuff that increases the room (cpu) to be more creative when you get more creative. |

actually this is true...
very true... i agree with you.
if you dont ejaculate you get more power, and females will also notice you are full of it 
im not saying that ejaculating is bad, but its not necessary to do it very often, even if sexologs says that you should do it often,
and that it helps preventing prostate cancer.

My advice is dont force it, and if you have to force, make it cosy for you, light some candles, put on some soft clothes and make a cup of tea and just do it...
other than that, the nature is a great source for inspiration.

now seriously,usually i smoke a joint,go to the beach watch the see and seagulls for a while..When it is bad wheater i usually go to some tutorial website
or read a renowned artist interview in a magazine!!
Rent a DVD,go to the pub drink and speak to some friends in soccer!!!
