this is common to me!
when it happens i go to my synths and make some patches..usually i end up with some fresh sounds that i desperately wanna use!
another thing i do is some "office work" sorting out,editing samples or try to go deeper in and learn how to use better my equipment
If the problem is bigger-also common-,then try to get away and go to a place that fills u with energy,go to the sea,to the mountain... |

I do what noizebox, play around with some synths, eq, practice my piano lessons, go to isratrance.
I try not to feel desperated, like cardinals said, there´s no hurry at least in my experience patience and hard work has payed off |

if im desperate to finish a project and feel uninspired, i won't finish it.....if i take some time away from the studio (some days maybe) it can do magic, and then i'll usually have a couple of days where i almost work nonstop

I watch some non hollywood fucked up, black and white, foreign language movie and get absorbed in it. Than when i get out of the mental film in my head i'll sit down and try to work. i get ultrahyperactive sometimes and i just stop every 30 minutes.

90% of the times a joint helps. if not, open an empty project, play with synths, try to find new melodys (try using the scale you were using in the track you want to finish), listen to some tracks, ... have sex |

I find that when you make sex so all
your satla (High) go's down and then
you dont have the power & source and
open mind to produce all are fade away
from you so i think this is not so true ,
