Cleaning up a sample after recording is always nore difficult, there was a similar thread to that recently...
Take the file, then apply a 2 pole hp filter at around 120 - 130hz, also pitch shift the file up a little (not too much, careful) then apply Waves Z noise! there are also other plugins that do a good job, Z noise is not your only option!
