Don't know what about the Q rack...
The Waldorf Q (and i mean the keyboard),
is a very crazy beast which produces killer
sounds!
Choose the Q rack dude, you won't be sorry,
and check the functions, see what you need! |

Don't know 'bout the Q,
But the Novation is an amazing synth'. (Fat Basses, Groovy Leads, Sweeping Pads and Amazing Vocoder.)
It has my vote...
Peace. |

I own a Supernova 2 Pro-X (48 voices) and couldn't be happier with it. It's not a synth for novices, so I wouldn't recommend it as a first hardware synth. But if you know your synths it'll work miracles for ya. It's distinctive sound tends to work best for huge Juno-style leads, 303 type sounds, and nothing on this planet beats its atmospheric pads. It was born to do trance!
I can't comment on the Q, because I don't know it at all.
Let me know if you have more questions.
