for sure
about the damage that hours of listening in headphones day after day can make to the ears

no stories and bullshit here plz if any1 know for real

yeah, i think superglue covered it, do breaks frequently, be carefull with volume, and stop when u feel your ears had enough...i think thats about it...

I"ve talked aobut this numerous time - extensive listening in headphones hurts our ears.

and I'm talking about us the musicians, who got ears as the most important sense of senses - take care of them.

Don't listen high volumes on headphones. Most of the time, a person who doesn't feel the low freqs of the speaker when he's listening in headphones, rasing up the volume and thinks that's the way to make up the loss. it's not. stop doing that.
