Quality I don't know...
Germany parties are known for their high level productions (Sound, Deco, Lineup etc) but so does Brazil. I would say Australia because i haven't personally experienced the first 2 mentioned.
Quantity for sure Israel...
Cheers

thanks for all the replies!!
yes quantity of parties is what i'm looking for mainly. as long as the music is decent, the weather is nice, and there are a decent amount of dancers at the party, i'm good.
so i plan on moving out of Canada in a few years with around 20-40k in the bank.
i want to live homeless and on 10-15$/day ideally. Portugal sounds great because of the great weather all year round.
but Germany is so tempting because of all the festivals in the summer. maybe i'll go there for the summer then take a plane to Portugal and spend the rest of my time there soaking up the sun.
i hear Germany gets a lot of shitty weather in the fall/winter? |

How long do you plan to stay?
Don't forget immigration laws regarding visas etc.
$10-15 a day? In Europe that won't get you through food or drink wise.
I mean, you have a nice idea but in the current worldwide economy, you need to be a realist, you don't want to get caugh sick or breaking a visa with little cash to help you out
I've travelled many times on a very tight budget, but never would I go on that tight a budget!

also, i won't have a vehicle and don't want to be spending too much money traveling from city to city. so i'd like to stay in one location for the smaller parties, then spend money on traveling to the bigger festivals.
out of Germany, Australia, Brazil, Portugal etc, which cities have consistent weekly parties? |

i'd like to stay there for at least 3 years if possible.
if it will cost me more than 15/day for food and water that's cool. i'm willing to spend whatever it takes to survive. i'll be homeless as well so wont need to pay rent.
i hope to go there with 20-40 thousand and see how long that lasts me.
how do visas work? what would i need to live there for 3 years? yeah i'm new to travelling
thanks!! |

have a look at
http://portugal.visahq.com/requirements/Canada/
also talk about it to some other people, I haven't travelled sine 2006 overseas so not to sure.
you may want to consider working and travelling? even teaching English might be an option, I know a friend doing it now and he loves it!

as long as i don't need to go to school too long for that... teaching would be fun. though i'm really clueless when it comes to other languages. i'll have my class 1 drivers license, i wonder if it would be possible to get a driving job over there eventually.
but really my reason for going over there is to not have to work. but if i can find a job that i like (driving/trucking), that would be perfect! |

just google and look around, visit travel forums and read books.
if you put in the effort you'll find rewards, but I do reccomend travel, it's the best thing for your body, mind and soul

with 20k and living homeless you can live in latin america for many years. The question is what country is safe enough and has alot of parties.
But in a industrialize country forget it and you will get kick out specially australia very tough immigration laws. Brasil also have very tough immigration laws but is very big country so the question would be how close are the check out points to travel within cities to go to the parties.
But if you want to make your money last I think Europe would cost alot of money specially in the winter you ll need a place to stay is not like you can camp out.
Actually May be Portugal could be a nice country. weather is not so bad and people dont bother you so much about visas like in the rest of europe. But is still european prices. |

Well i think, the place with more festivals its not the ideal for you, better find a place with more quality festivals, example, Brasil have a thousand of festivals but most of them are popular festivals with hommega or compact artist for example.
