What countries have a Hard Trance scene...except U.K.?

I know the psy scene is a universal thing and there are lots of parties here with astral projection, infected mushroom etc...
....but in the U.K. the scene is now refered to as Hard Dance which is a mixture of the toughest hard house, techno and hard trance.
Is there such a scene in Israel? (or anywhere else)?

i like music like the one that CaptainTinrib and Weirdo produce but in Greece this kind of music is tottally unknown.

But rumors said they informed about going off on their "Best of" release party. I don't know if it's true or not, but what a way to go off !!!

i have a video from Holland and a festival that took place this summer with the Captain giving an amazing live perfomance.
I mean this guy is really something special.
I will miss their releases.

No such thing in Israel.
Here it's either Full on Psy-Trance or Clubby Prog-Tech-House
Very little Jungle and Hard Techno exist as well.
No Hard Trance or Hard House scenes here (allthough Tiesto is hugely popular but it isn't exactly hard trance, closer to Cheesy melodic club trance)
