Has to be S-Cube from Pakistan... The only psytrance artist here, unreleased at the moment though... and in Switzerland... He makes some trippy basslines n melodic tunes!! Very diverse... This guy has some real talent

Well, perhaps unsurprisingly SP and Ott pretty much top the list for me. I also love a lot of the dubby stuff Youth has produced in recent years. The Orchestra Mystique album is one of my favourites and he's been involved in several other projects that I've enjoyed a great deal.
I'm getting quite into Tripswitch at the moment too. Some absolutely stunning music by him that has really touched some very sensitive nerves of late. I very much look forward to investigating more of his work when time and money allow.
I really like a lot of Colin Oood's work too, especially some of his quirky chill-out stuff, which pretty much kept my playlists going for a good few months last year. And that unreleased squidgetastic trance beauty which obsessed me for so long. You know the one I mean Col!  |
