Hi, well I'm currently using Filterizer and it's amazing, but I find myself using it alot, so I was wondering if you guys are using any other filter that you could recomend, I don't know if you ever use filterizer, but is fat and really strong, just the shit man, so I'm trying to find something at that level, I have tried the sonaksis tbk filters, but is realy bad in comparison to big daddy aka filterizer. any thoughts?

Software wise, FilterFreak for me as well. It has the bog standard filter responses, but they sound very nice...for a software filter.
Very expressive and programmable modulation section as well.

I know I´m a little bit oldschool, but for me it is the Antares Filter VST and I know there are better sounding filter, but in the mix I love this sound...

... this actually is such an awesome way to have broad filters, with a bit of experimentation this kinda is a holy grail soundcloud.com/epsylohm

Yeah that's a pretty nice alternative to boosting frequencies with the EQ. I do the same but instead of send effects, I use Audio Racks with two chains (it's the same but it's one less Return track on your mixer. I only use returns if I want more than one track there).
One example of this technique I used in a track I'm developing was that I had a pretty nice synth but it was a bit too dark (lacked brightness). What I did was layer it with itself, highpass it, added some distortion and stereo enchancer. Sounds much better now Pyrex :: Traveling without moving
