Gotta agree with you on this. But the way this particular conflict has been covered on evening news (on tv) in Finland has been in my opinion pretty much equal.
Newspapers, for example, are another story, since most of them have political ties (in Finland). |

in my opinion will never end this conflit. At least the 25 years that past was always on war agains´t each other...
the people of israel can´t do nothing agains´t suicidal bombers because on the other side there are fanatics who have extreme hate agains´t israel... or something that´s represent the ocident... so it´s not just your fight... on the other hand the the people of israel choose the government of confrontation, the radical governments to respond of the attacks agaisn´t them... i understand but i think it´s a circle that repeats himself... for a very long time....

mr.psysoldier, as i observe your behaviour and your comments right now i would definitly say your really biased, your making a huge generalization right about now,
your saying that israelis are not brainwashed! Have you ever participated in a "palestinian class" so that you have facts that the cause here is that palestinians are taught to hate jews and that the opposite is not being taught here ?
are you really sure that this is the cause here , is this how it is in general?
And what does it has to do with the topic that arabs are voting for israeli parties? seems very off topic in this matter, don´t you think?
A question!, Are there parties in israel that aren´t israeli?
(i don´t think that a 100% muslim party exist, please correct me if im wrong)
i mean if you are israeli arab and there is nothing else to choose than a israeli party, wouldn´t you vote just to make your own word heard, no matter if they where jewish?

i am actually not in favour of this kind of political 'talk' in this forum just because i really don't think anything positive will come of it ...
but i feel compelled to correct some information here.
i worked on a film about the way palestinian and israeli children are raised...i highly reccomend people see it to understand the situation better

anyways, the filmakers acutally go into palestinian classes in jerusalem and there is in fact much brainwashing taking place.
at a very young age they are taught to hate the jews with passion and fervor.
this is not to say there isn't 'brainwashing' taking place on the other side, but i can say at least in public schools in israel, this would never be tolerated !
sure we all want peace. but i have a hard time with many people here, most of which are not israeli, or have ever been there, making such harsh criticisms based on their own biased sources...a.k.a the fucking media.
come on guys, i thought we were smarter than that... know your facts before u run your mouth ! |

It is the fault of islam.
I try not to be biased, but a lot (in %) of the islamic are bad people.
They say directly that they want the whole world to be islamic, and this is their problem and our problem. I don't want to be islamic.
Sure there are also lot of nice islamic people, i know lot, for example my neighboors are good friends. So don't feel offended by me, but the point i made is true.
Look at south african countries or iran, what this people can do. And what are the most terrorist? They are moslems.

It would be amazing to see a little less closeminded and racist comments from some of the israelis here. Thank god there's are a lot of nice intelligent israelis here too.
Do not forget there are actually Muslims in this forum. Respect people and people will respect you back.

Sorry but this topic turned political a long time ago thanks to a little handful of israelis who can not wait to flush their dirty laundry in public and display their hatred against arabs. I see your point. From my own experience though, it seems that this is just a quick shortcut out of discussions to end things easy - an argument that "the media is biased and therefore your opinion isn't legitimate". I'm getting really tired of this argument. Why? Well there are books out there, you know. Books written both by Israeli jews, Arabs and other people. And if you consider to read a bunch of books about the subject (please pick a book from the shelf 'facts' at your library, because books who were concluded as "not really facts and too much own opinions" are placed at 'sci-fi' shelfs) - you'll see a pattern. So please consider this before using this argument over and over again.
Moderators: Please lock this thread before things goes really ugly. Now there's been some dirty laundry around here, and I suppose that if we'd bring up facts here concluding something different compared to the "Islamic world domination tour" ideas around here - I guess things would get a bit rotten. That means no offense, but some people may have a heard time facing facts. 
Again, good books makes good knowledge.
