The traxx is still existing but it has lost much of its former attraction. Sometimes they announce a party, especially after hours and then there's no party at all. That's what we experienced. Very disappointing.
The traxx that I know is more into commercial stuff but this may have changed during the past year. At least you find some goa music (besides house, electro, rave-sounds on some evenings) there if you have luck and the doors are open ...
If I were you I would go to a party in the "Kubi Center" or "Rote Flora" instead.

Actually the TRAXX is going to close down at the end of the year because of some work that has to be done on the railway leading above the club. Only thing i can say is that i had a lot of funny crazy evenings there and allways good music but i haven´t been there frequently for a longer time now ...
go and check it out ... it´s quite cheap to get in and if you don´t like it you can check some other clubs as well.

have been there for a some years frequently and the last year not that much, but last weekend it was a blasting and big fun night fpr sure...
like the flanger says it is closing down til the end of this year... i would recommend to go there for the herbstfrequenz party.... really nice line-up and for sure a boombing night again
