every time i get into the chillout section clickin the chat option and all i see coming soon etc etc , but its coming soon for like a year or so ... |

And it will remain like this for a long time. We had a few attempts to make an IRC channel for IsraTrance, and it failed.
We won't make any web-based chat system in the near future. |
