I thing that Saafi Brothers is one of the biggest ambient projects ever..The album : Midnight's Children is just fantastic and the others too!There is no such music in the world ...what do you thing? |

Midnight's Children is a great album, but...
Mystic Cigarettes is a psy-ambient masterpiece. The depth of the soundscape and the dubby/ethnic atmosphere is incredible and perhaps unmatched.
Certainly right up there with Are you Shpongled, Mystical Experiences, the Yeti Series, Infinite Excursions 2 as an acknowledged classic...
Not very fond of the latest Saafi at all (quite superficial and lacking IMHO). Too bad. |

I ordered recently the new cd from Gabriel Le Mar - nightradio (leader of saafi brothers if Im correct)
from the samples, it sounds nice.. maybe check it out.. |

Mystic Cigarettes is one of the best psy-ambient albums ever made and totally ahead of its time...
