Is it worth the money buying a high end FX processor?. Ive been using plugins like the Lexicon bundles for reverbs, and to be honest theyre fantastic, juicy but they deliver, same like the waves fx. As for delays and the rest good quality vst plugins always did a good job so far.
Is it that necessary to have a harmonizer like the 'eventide' to have a professional sound in your music?

no man you don t need them but if you have lof of money to spend yes sure it can be nice toys to play with but first there is some more important things to spend your money on, things that really limit quality with production are the room you are in and acoustic and then monitors and converters , but this one is less important than the other 2 if you already have a good soundcard(and offcourse your ears and experience matter a lot) . with all that you can have top produced music even with freewares plug. when you get well balanced mix then think to hardware , imo it s more smart to wait to have good mix before spending lot of money on hardware. if your mix sux wihth plugs, with hardware it will sux too.(and fx plugs are very good imo , check soundtoys and fab filter both make killer plugins)
