the best 'tutorial' is to try it out yourself and compare your results with your ears with tracks you like.

Mexican Cactus is right, but i think DJ-Oscuro doubt is which dinamics we can put on the mixing desk before send the track for a mastering professional. Isn´t it ?
I don´t know too man.. i hope some good man will help us

My advice for a good mix is to listen a lot whats going on around ....
Simple tip is to cut the highs from the hihats and higher freq type sounds. cut them with a hicut on 15900. This is goood Tip and will make feet better in your track.
The same with the low freq. cut them on every sound/chanell that is not important to have bass precense and this will make your bass sounds come more clear cause u cut the frequencies that are almost not listenable..
This 2 tips are basic stuff for your Mix.. will help you..
Dont forget to check always the compressors and Equalizers on each chanell as well...
And practice a lot.. That should do it fine
Take good care my friend!!
