Washappenin Folks?

Im headed on a small Europe Road trip next week starting in Amsterdam n ending with the Goa Gil Gig in Portugal (cuz I had to miss the mad Memorial day Meltdown)

Gonna hit Spain for sure but everything in between is up in the air, as are my hostel reservation and most of my schedule. Planning Marbella, Algarve, Lisbon and Barcelona. Trying to see if I can meet some fellow travelers to group with in A'dam or elsewhere.

So I was wondering if anyone was heading to any of the Western European countries in June and if so where?

Otherwise I was wondering if anyone who has traveled the parts has any recommendations, places one must visit, advice on some friendly youth loving hostels, killer clubs, useful websites (I got me my lonely planet), or places I need to steer clear of.

(I guess technically this needs to be in the travel section but Jeto that place is really dead =p)
          Never hold it in.

im in amsterdam for tourist festival next week.
then in lithouania the next weekend, then in portugal the next... (www.ocelotmusicshop.com)
i live in switzerland... if you go to amsterdam you must go to ruigoord- sometimes there are parties there...
clubs are not killer anywhere but try ibiza

better to try looking in goabase.de about events
and also post in european sections of forums not in north america...

I'm a big fan of Northern Europe. Most of the countries there are my favorites. I really enjoyed Switzerland, The Netherlands (Amsterdam), Sweden, Germany, and Austria myself. Although the "Romantic" countries; Spain, France, and Italy get all the attention usually, I didn't find these places as fun as the ones I named before.

Of course this was just my experience as a tourist visiting these places. By no means am I implying that I have a firm grasp on the true nature of these countries... haven't spent enough time in any of them.
